Do the higher FPS launchers drain the battery more? If yes, can you approximate how much?

Yes, they do, but only insignificantly. 1 hour at most. If the screen is switched of most of the time, the impact is probably smaller.

Can they also be used with Lynx?

Alright, even though my motivation is at 0% at the moment, I implemented some features today:
- Fixed clock widget (4th widget variant): It showed the wrong time
- Added setting to disable animations in the settings screen (I recently used Leaf's settings screen and I liked its speed due to the absence of fancy animations)
- Finished the slideshow widget; added a second widget variant which uses the entire desktop
- Lock screen: Disabled the fading animation of the arrows because it caused lag

Planned for tomorrow and the weekend:
- More widgets: E.g. a quicklaunch bar widget (where you can change the volume, enable/disable bluetooth etc. quickly)
- More widget variants: Music/Radio widget (large album art, small album art,...)

The "bar clock" seems to be larger / thicker than in Lynx, could you make it slimmer again?

I somehow doubt it works that way. If he's anything like me in this regard, it's less about feeling positive about it than it is about feeling interested enough to be able to retain focus on it (and not be distracted by other things that interest him more for the time being).

We'll likely just have to wait for some outside force to inspire him to do something new/different, and make it exciting for his mind to puzzle out some more. I'm guessing that will happen about the same time he gets annoyed by something or another, and decide that he really needs to change it.

Indeed, it isn't that simple, briant.

Keep up the good work.

I'm guessing we have to wait for Kizune to get frustrated with the status quo, and feel compelled to alter things of his own volition. This has to seem like an interesting puzzle for his brain to solve, rather than a job.

Anything can stop being fun, when it starts feeling like work.

The Only way to thank Kizune is donate him some money, if you liked, or use his UI, and really want to thank him so donate him. The man works hard work and he deserve it. I don't believe that there is a large community of Cowon users like Iphoners or Androids. So every donation is counted. He is young with big future.
