If you need to ask how, I suspect you have a long way to go. I don't know how to code a user interface for the J3, but I can imagine what I would need to do if I wanted to try.

1. Use Google to research flash programming for j3. (Flash version and so on.)
2. Get Flash.
3. Learn to code Flash.
4. Learn to code Flash for j3. Experiment.
5. Examine and reverse engineer current user interface code.
6. Modify and improve the user interface.
