it seems that im also experiencing a problem with zoom... i have a 500*500 picture thats making trouble when zooming.
i do have a bit of an old build so ill just download again and see if it persists.

i am pretty curius, about if you will resolve the problem with the lag at the end of any animation.... i am pretty curious if you have a method, if you are able to resolve it, considering j3's firmware restrictions///

I repeat, this is not my mistake and there's no way to bypass it. All animations are realized with mathematical functions.
The lag is there because at that time the CPU usage is very high.

Also, on my player there is no lag?

In order to make the UCI look like the one in your youtube video must I delete everything from the previous pre-beta version of cheetah first? I tried adding the new .swf files and deleting the older ones but it seems nothing has changed and am left a bit confused.

What do you mean, what hasn't changed? By "pre-beta version of cheetah", do you mean the old Cheetah or the new Cheetah XT but an older build of it?

The UI? the UI on the J3 right now looks the same as the pre-beta version and doesn't have any of the new updates? Or is this something else? I'm pretty bad at this stuff. I tried switch the new files (copy+paste) and deleted the old ones from the beta version but nothing seems to have changed. (ie. falcon photo viewer, main menu, etc.) I think I may have missed something. I scimmed through most of the thread already.

Are you sure you extracted the new files into System/Flash UI/?
You might try to delete "mainmenu1.swf" (or however you called Cheetah Pre-Beta), then extract the archive into System/Flash UI/ and then rename "mainmenuN.swf" to "mainmenu1.swf" (or whatever number you want to insert).

Update:

- Renamed Falcon to "Picture UI" (since Cheetah XT is now the name for the whole UCI pack)
- Completed wallpaper feature (i.e. the wallpaper types "advanced" and "album cover" work now)
- Tried to fix the lag at the end of the settings screen's animations... it isn't completely fixable, but maybe I decreased the lag a little
- Accelerated the hold action of the music panel's play button (1.2s instead of 2s)
