I received my cowon C2 today (1.11 firmware). After 15 minutes or so on the internet, I had it playing wonderful music!
Can someone tell me how to access the equalizer and save settings in the User1 - 4 slots? I managed to get into it once- but by error, and cannot reproduce it. I've been googling half an hour and either I'm just a bad googler, or that is privledged information. All the best, Byron |

Dr JBN, I had the same equalizer problem and i figured out the answer several days after i had my player, the answer is in options -> jet effect -> and then you press the dentated circle beside user 1, 2, 3, 4. tadaaaa!...anyway, i guess, if you hadn`t figured it out soon, the most rational answer would be to read the manual, it is written somewhere on it...
P.D: i am trying to find a way to set the equalizer perfectly, i found some information in this web page, and i don`t feel very happy with the results, do yo know how to equalize?... |

Thanks so much! rtfm usually works, but in this case the "F" should be doubly capitalized and underlined. As for decent eq settings- I am afraid I cannot provide any help there as I'm starting from scratch.

Wajajajaja!, i wasn´t aware of what RTFM meant until i googled it...LOL, an advice, do not take off the protector cover from the back of the C2, at least mine is scratched as hell, and something else, you can move the icons of the second UI (the one without those screensavers like "lonely night") you keep them pressed for a sec and then you can drop them anywhere...good bye!
