Kingston 32GB class 6 SDHC writes only at 2MBs?

so i ordered this card from ebay it came new in original kingston box, i opened it and tested it with couple of testing programs like CDM and h2testw, both showed it can read in 7-8MB/s but writes only at 2-2.5MB/s now ineed that card for HDMI video shooting and 2MB/s just arent enough, is my card fault? or maybe i use old system? (i tested it on a hp pavillion dv6000 that has a original SD card reader).
