When I thought Iaudio 7 reached his end of life cycle here it's a surprise from Cowon! Installing now!

It has the same mtp based playlist support that it has always had right?

Yeah, but mine always freezes at the end. I have to kill MediaMonkey (and/or WMP, Winamp) after I'm sure all the files and playlists have transferred (usually start around lunch and disconnect at 6pm). Even then, some of the playlists are a song or two short.

Anyone else have this problem, or am I just the lucky one?

OMG, finally vorbis bug fixed. Now this little player is completely perfect for me (transcoding my music library to vorbis right now).

Also if it helps I found that the upgrade from 1.17 to 1.18 did not lose my logo, music, voice, text or movie files but I backed them up just to be sure. It would appear from a brief listening that the shuffle is certainly bringing more tracks into play than I heard before. Thanks.

My boot time has almost doubled, but I believe formating and reloading tunes will get it back on track. I'll report back in a few days, everything else has been fine.

I see no change in my boot up time with only a spare few MBytes on my 16GB full of FLAC music, video and pictures. Thanks.
