got a last minute business trip to korea (I live in japan), I`d love to browse through the forum to get more info on the Q5 , but I have to run home and pack!
so, if anyone could answer these questions, I`d be very grateful. GPS: would it work in japan? Language : is the Q5 language switchable from korean yet/at all? TV: would the TV option work in Japan? so sorry to ask questions that have probably been covered, but time is not on my side. thx! |

i have no experience with the Q5, but here goes my common sense...
GLOBAL positioning system? I don't think there's any player in the world that can't switch languages... You might only be able to catch DMB signals if they leak out that far, but i'm pretty sure they won't... and seeing how korea's the only country with DMB... I'd say no.

The GPS will work.
But the maps will not. Cowon only supports North America with mapping.. If you want to run a 3rd party maybe.. Also i am not sure if Japans lets company make software for GPS product out side of Japan. |
