By the way, I'd like like to try and make a totally seamless transition from the cowon "digital pride" loading screen, is there any way to get a kind of screen capture off the loading screen so that I can try that out? I was going to try just taking a photo, but thats pretty inaccurate.

That's kind of what I've come up with quite some time agoin my flash-based startups, except it's 3 dimensional Nice idea using 3d studio, I have to try it myself

Default iPhone + Grass

Hi guys.

I just bought my D2 today (it was to replace my broken U3, but I was completely unaware of all the theming capabilities!).

For the moment, I picked this as a wallpaper:

And I picked Polyphem's iPhone theme:

So, in order to have a clean and fast start-up, I've just hacked a couple of layers in photoshop, and I'm using this for the time being. I thought I might share that with you:

Well, this logo is the main reason I use any theme on my D2. Just one thing - could you make the same logo without descriptions under icons. I'm using russian, so it's a bit striking.

will that work with fw 3.57. last time i tried putting a logo in my system folder it made all my files have the same name. Meaning I had to redownload the fw and put the files back on my d2.

Default logo

i've been trying to change the startup logo since yesterday, but with no success.
i downloaded some gif files that i found in this thread, tried renaming each one to logo.ilb and move it to the "system" folder in my D2. when i turn on my d2 i still get the default logo.
my d2 version is 3.57.
by the way, there was no logo.ilb in the system folder before i began trying the whole process.

anyone is facing the same problem?

Have you used the jetlogo? Or just rename the .gif?

Download it here

Then extract the rar file.

Inside you will see a jetlogo exe.. double click!!

The jetlogo program will start.

Go to file.

find the .gif image and save as .ILB

change the file name to logo (double click the new .ilb file and rename logo)

When you want to load the image onto your D2. Open the SYSTEM folder and Move the existing logo.ilb to your desktop, if you wish to save it.

Then put your new one in...

Done.. it really is very very easy

nah, didn't work. is there a chance that 3.57 does not support this tweak?
