it is very straight forward:
1. download fontpatch and FW (make sure it's the same as the FW version you have on your D2) 2. Unzip 3. Launch fontpatch 4. Navigate to folder 2 of the FW 5. Execute fontpatch 6. drag&drop D2N_font.bin to D2 root 7. eject and restart D2, voila your font has been emboldened

Nope, it will just reload the font, which you have now emboldened.
(Folders 0 and 1 erase stuff, Folder 2 installs theme and font) So just drag & drop D2N_font.bin to the D2's root and restart, it'll all be good dude.

No it'll all be good.
With the D2 Firmware it is folders 0 and 1 that erase data on the unit, folder 2 contains the D2 theme and D2 font. So, if you drag & drop D2N_font.bin to the D2's root and then restart your D2 it will simply upgrade the font and that is all

Just wanted to thank MaxSt for the nice font patch...
I put it on my D2 month's ago but for some reason I didn't like it so I took it off...but now I like it...lol...not sure why....thanks MaxSt.. |
