Default 2.2 Firmware Bug

I've noticed it is impossible to program the middle button in the new firmware. Has anyone else been able to actually set it to pause, next or previous track?

I haven't read the manual yet, so I was only vaguely aware of the "M" button functionality. I'll have to check it out.

Actually, I contacted Cowon's live chat regarding a firmware question* today. It was suggested that I reinstall the firmware. Haven't tried that yet.

*The firmware upgrade allows the player to turn off after 5 minutes of charging. So, how do I know when the player if fully charged?

Push the power button quickly all the way to the left. The display will reappear and if it reads "battery full" and an icon of a full battery displays, the battery is fully charged.

btw: It is impossible to "overcharge" the battery using the USB connection or AC adapter, according to Cowon.

I want to correct myself on this thread. It is possible to program the middle button for another function but that function can only be actuated by pressing and holding down the middle button. Just pressing it once will bring up the menu.
