how to add song to i10?

hi everyone, I am new to using the i10, everything are new to me

now i just have a very very simple question

how to add song to the i10?

firstly I just simple clicked "music player" on the i10 screen and nothing to play

okay then I try to add song on the i10 from my pc

i see that there is one song in the music folder - mp3 format

after that I add one song in the music folder - flac format

both of them can't play on my i10

also I found that there are some video on the video folder and same issue, can't play on the i10

does my i10 has some problem?

Sorry to say it, your post is not specific enough, and will probably be ignored. If you're actually having problems playing and not downloading from PC, it may just be user error. No help there I know. But many people have viewed your post and none responded.
