Help the zune dilema

hey,
ok now i have a really annoying issue, i tested out the zune software (new phone),tried the auto fix tags and it had incredible tagging accuracy.

ive tried all the highest rated auto taggers around, even paid for jaikoz and some others. zune software flattened them, as in stone cold killed them in accuracy and results, returning valid results and even album art or record images for very old, very rare, rave mixes and other non standard audio that even i had forgotten the names of long ago.
it even seems to surpass itunes by a longshot although maybe it uses the same database which is more complete now.

so, ive recently encoded a bunch of files to ogg for the improved quality.

the issue, zune doesnt support ogg >< typical

i would love to set zune loose on those files but i dont want any destruction of the sound by converting backwards and forwards between mp3 and ogg.

my question is simply what is the least lossy method of getting from ogg to mp3 to ogg again?

any ideas?
