Today I bought a Micro SD Memory Card 32GB Class 4 Sandisk and I got to play COWON C2 and the player does not read it, why?

How is the card formatted? If it's NTFS I'd try formatting it as FAT32.
Note - I don't own a C2, so my advice is somewhat unqualified.

If you put the microsdhc card in an adapter, does a computer read it? You might want to search for SD formatter and try formatting it if windows sees it.
