Help The player does not read the memory!

Today I bought a Micro SD Memory Card 32GB Class 4 Sandisk and I got to play COWON C2 and the player does not read it, why?
I Need Help!

How is the card formatted? If it's NTFS I'd try formatting it as FAT32.

Note - I don't own a C2, so my advice is somewhat unqualified.

If you put the microsdhc card in an adapter, does a computer read it? You might want to search for SD formatter and try formatting it if windows sees it.

also check you've inserted it all the way in. it shouldnt protrude from the card slot.

Eventually the card was corrupted: (
But I went to the shop owner, and today he brought new works!
By the way, the speed reading is 20 Something, not so understand it, that's okay, how am I supposed to know the speed right?
