how to install a UI file

I have done some research around the forum and I think I have to copy the file into System/flash UI or something like that but when I go into C2 drive, I cant find that System folder nor Flash UI folder. all I could find was Flash folder which when I tried to copy the file into and start up C2, nothing had changed.

can anyone pls help?
