iAudio 10 Frozen, Can't Soft Reset

I turned on my iAudio 10 today after using it for a bit today in the car and it is frozen on the Now Playing screen. I tried a soft reset with the + and - button, but not a single button is responsive. The screen is on, but no buttons are responsive.

For the past few months I have had no problem with the player until now. It has never been dropped or damaged, and I use the original version that came with the product (1.03 I believe).

My only option I think is to just wait for the battery to drain?

EDIT: I've also tried plugging it in to my computer to no success either.

I just waited until it ran out of battery and recharged it. It is back to normal, but I hope that won't happen again lol!
