Default Should I have my S9 repaired via RMA?

So after my S9 fell and stopped working just one month out of warranty, I requested an RMA from the manufacturer and it was accepted for repairs. I shipped it off to California for Jet Audio to review and they have now told me that:
**Mainboard and memory replacement needed.
Service dept. will repair/replace unit under their discretion.

The cost is $97 USD. I am not familiar with how serious this repair is, so i am not sure if it is worth repairing. Can you guys give me some advise on whether to repair? or replace? (I live in Toronto and it is pretty much impossible to find anywhere that sells this anymore). Also, is this being discontinued? I cannot find it for sale anywhere on line either (except for ebay). I really love th eunit but afraid that it is so flimsy and will break again.
