Default Cowon Customer Support in India/Chicago IL

Hey -

I first bought my Cowon D2 two years ago from a company called Lipap based in India, which was supposed to be the official retailer for the company in India.

I was extremely happy with it, and have long lurked these forums looking up tips and tricks to play around with it

Now the thing is, I wasn't as careful with my D2 as I should I have been - Over the years a few things have happened.

1. When I move my hand while holding the player (Like while jogging/running) I feel something inside the player move (though there's no audible rattle)

2. The Volume Increase button (On the top of the player) doesn't work anymore. Infact, they actually reduce volume.

For the time being - I installed One of Cassini's themes (The one where you move your finger on the screen to change songs/bring up volume controls/bring up shuffle/repeat setting) So while I continue to use it (Ironically, I'm more careful with it now) I'd like to get the player fixed.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to find a service centre located anywhere in India - but I will be in/near Chicago, Il, USA in August. Does anyone know of a reliable service centre there that'll be able to do a good job fixing it?
