Cry D2 Lost all power and not seen by PC?

Hi
I have a D2 that has been working without much trouble for more than two years. All of sudden it has stopped working. - Just died. I have tried keeping it on charge over night - no Joy - Also the screen did not indicate it was charging. Also when I plug it in via the USB to my PC it does no power up. PC does not recognise it either. It will not switch on/power up - HELP Can anybody else advise any solution - does it need a battery? Ot is just dead? Thanks Dublinboy

If you have an AC adapter, you could try charging it with that. If the battery is completely discharged, I'm not sure that the USB will work. I had mine run down completely by a friend who didn't use it and it wouldn't turn on or show the charging screen when plugged into USB, but revived fine when I plugged it into the adapter.

FWIW, today I had a similar issue, screen went completely off, no USB connection, nothing.

After some hours of cold sweat (I was not at home), it revived by using the reset button (the small hole just next to the usb plug).
