Help frozen d2+..seriously disappointed

so out of ignorance last night i left my d2+ in the center console of my car and it was about 10 degrees here all night. i got the player out of the car around noon and it was freezing cold so i waited a few minutes to start it and when i did the thing was on the fritz. the screen is blank gray with random bars goin across the screen..its been like that for about a day now so i dont know what to do.
any help would be awesome. thanks

The first thing Id do is to keep it in a warm place for maybe a 2 days and then try to start it. If that doesnt work, see if you can connect it to the computer like you usually do, if you can Id reinstall the firmware. You can allso try the reset button. If none of this works you could try THIS.
As there is no spinning cirkle on the D2+ boot up the grey screen might be the equivalent of that.
