Sad Videos doesn't get fullscreen

So. I downloaded a video from Youtube in HD, and then i converted it to MP4 and dropped it into my Cowon s9. And the problem is that the video doesn't fill the hole screen. I just get a little square in the middle with the video in, not over the hole display. I did use "Altervista Youtube Downloader" to downoad and convert it if it makes any difference. I'm really bad at things like this... thanks

Is the border a part of the video itself or does it only show up after the conversion?

on the S9 video interface there should be a button when you flip it from the play button bar there the second button from the left(after the person with the open mouth) just click on that until it fills the whole screen

Hi. j1mp492, I had the same problem before when i got S9, but it has been solved for me. i used IMTOO dvd ripper 4.0.88.(just this version)
I selected Size 480-272, then I Choose Pan And Scan in (Zoom).after you do it, you'll have the full screen movie. it works on the most movies.
good luck.
