D2 broken

My hold button is backwards. It slides towards the on position and stays there, and won't go to the hold position. I can still plug in the charger and it turns on, but that's not very useful. I bought it 2 years ago, would cowon still fix it for me? I lost the sticker with the code and didn't write it down (d'oh)
