Hi,
I've seen several UI for the C2. Could someone recomend one for listening to audiobooks ? What I am interested most is: - easy access to bookmarks - ability to use +/- buttons as skip +/- 10 sec if such a feature exists ![]() Also, is there a how-to install an UI ? (could't find any) Many thanks ![]() |

1. the browser ui cycles between file, favourites and bookmarks.
2. the settings menu allows you to choose how many seconds the ff and rew increment by in the music ui. 3. install a new ui by copying it into the system\flash folder on the c2. the ui should already be named something like mainmenu.swf, music.swf, browser_total.swf etc |

Many thanks
Yep, I discovered all this eventually. (apart from the broswer_total) My C2 is semi-usable now and that original eyesore UI is partially gone. (couldn't find a complete UI replacement but your is very decent to say the least and it's what it should have been the factory default) The box content may be great but the packaging is so atrocious that is very difficult to harness all the power available underneath. All the best ![]() |

there are various main menu ui's around that do away with the 'thought of the day screens'.

my advice is try the playback screens in the uic section, pick the one that works best for you, there is no "Best" outside whats best for you.
I know its frustrating to hear that, but its true ![]() |
