Added TV-out feature in Picture mode.
Added feature of TV-out picture slideshow by touching TV-out button in Slideshow mode in Picture Viewer.
Fixed displaying error of certain files in Picture mode.
Fixed the error that wallpaper was displayed on the right bottom of the screen and rotation function was
not working when certain picture files were selected in Picture viewer.
