I don't know.

Do you have any more information about the video? Is the codec supported by the S9 for instance (.avi is a container).

I don't usually use windows, but on my other computer I used to use a programme where I could open a video file to view all the available information about that file, perhaps another user can point you towards a windows version.

Download a program called "MediaInfo".

Right click your video,copy the data you find,and post it here,it would give a much detailed info about your avi file.
