Cosmic radiation from the black hole in the center of the galaxy sometimes cause the J3 to hang. Either that or some minor bug in the software.
I have to reset my J3 now and then. Not very often....

Try to access it from a card reader. And test reading/writing to it. Also try to reformat it. Might help. Or get a new card and see if there is any difference.

Reformat to fat32 and only connect to a computer using a card reader, not while in the j3, and you should be fine.

It doesn't actually have to be a SDXC compatible cardreader. I found that my old SDHC reader worked fine with my 64 GB SanDisk micro SDXC card.
