    Hi,
I only recently noted a very old post of yours on iaudiophile about Rockbox settings.
Maybe you don't use rockbox anymore....in case you do: I tried many options but eventually found your setting to work the best. Unfortunately you don't mention the settings for Peak Filter 4 to 8. Any chance you tried them and can give an advice....?
    Many thanks, Huck

Can any of you recommend an excellent FLAC based media center (Media Monkey etc)? I have a new J3 and use Vista and Windows 7. I have never owned a PMP and am struggling to get started. I dont want MP3 due to quality loss. Are there places to go for tudors/coaches?

[30-06, 09:47] FLACvest so for those of us Android phone users i found this intriguing app: called Audio Player WithEQ Platinum, it has a rendering engine and 10-band EQ. it doesnt like multitasking, but for when you wanna use your handset as your DAP, 10 band EQ aint bad>

With handsets like the DROID, DROID INCREDIBLE, DROID X, (no i dont work for moto), Galaxy S (and variants), Nexus One, Xperia, and the like out there, which have decent CPUs, it would be nice to put some of that proc power to good use and let it make happy music.

There are presets, and a customizable 10-band EQ interface and I think i read it correctly that you can save presets... to multiple presets. not just a single user defined preset, but multiple ones.

Can't wait till I can test it out!

Honestly, considering the quality of all the mp4 files I have, its probably easier if i just redownload everything, which i have no problem with doing (though comcast and its 250GB/Month limit might).

Thanks again for alll of the suggestions! Once i get the money i am DEFINATLY getting a Cowon J3!
