i would try sliding the hold/on switch to ON and hold down the play/pause button for at least 10sec at most. this can assure to be out of recovery mode thus' why the Device isn't turning on properly

It is connecting to the computer - the Windows sound for the USB is herd but it is not coming up as MSD. Then I run the first command from your guide and the s9 is connecting, you can browse through the folders and copy/delete files onto device, I copy the firmware to the root folder on the device and run the command second time, after that I am disconnecting the device and the firmware update is shown on the s9 (frimware update - success, Font update - success) then disconnecting from the computer, the device do not want to turn on again, but if you will connect it to the wall socket to charge it is sometimes coming up with saying charging...

    Hello WAI,
I've got a problem with my bricked s9. It's 8gb, I used your step by step guide with tcctool and it is doing exactly what you told it will (connecting as MSD, after coping the files for firmware it is upgrading and saying success at the end) but then when I disconnected it from the computer it is still not turning on. I would not contact you but I am rather desperate as Cowon said send it to us and we will fix it for a price. Can you help?
