    Cripes. Sorry, I don't visit here as often any more. Hit me up on gmail under the same name. Yes, that amp is the same one. That guy just re-posts his amps something like once per month.

    They say that that thing sounds like a really nice amp, even though it is technically portable.

    Also, I just picked up a Fiio e5 finally. It sounds ok for the money. It's definitely got enough juice to power up my Beyerdynamic cans. Downside is that it changes the response curve a little and makes the bass not quite as pronounced. These cans have excellent response in the lower frequencies, without drowning out or muffling the mids and highs.

    Saw you guys talking about headphone amps on the chatbox. I did some digging around about a month ago when I got my (amazing) new Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro headphones. They are big, and require a bit more push, so I started looking for a solid desktop amp that I could also use portably. This one got some good feedback, and looks like it could take a hit from a nuke :-) He makes them out of good parts, and tries to make them do as little "coloring" of the sound as possible.
